HeartBridge was founded by young people who believe that the wisdom of the elderly and the energy of youth are stronger together. We're a grassroots, youth-led NGO dedicated to bridging the generational gap — one visit, one conversation, one laugh at a time.
All our services are completely free for elderly individuals and community organisations. We believe genuine connection should never have a price tag.
